How It Works
Backpacker
1. Fill out a short questionnaire to help us get to know you and what you expect to get out of your vacation.
2. You will receive an introductory email from us. Over the next 5-7 business days, our travel designers will research and pull together some amazing options for you based on your questionnaire responses. We will then schedule a phone call or video call to discuss with you.
3. You will have up to an hour phone/video call with a member of our team to answer any and all of your burning questions.
4. You will receive your Travel Gypsy Guide with any revisions and/or notes from the call.
Jetsetter
1. Schedule your free 30 minute consultation to discuss your trip vision
2. Prior to the consultation call, you will receive a short questionnaire to complete to help me get to know you and your interests.
3. After the consultation - You will receive an invoice for the trip planning service. Once payment is received, I will spend the next 5-7 business days researching and pulling together some amazing options for you based on your questionnaire responses and our call.
4. Your preliminary itinerary will be emailed to you, available for viewing both online and in an app. You will have the chance to look the plan over and suggest any changes.
5. We will then have up to an hour phone/video call to discuss accommodations, activities, the preliminary itinerary and any outstanding questions you have.
6. All booking and reservations will be made.
7. Your final itinerary will be sent to you.
